Monte & I live in Round Rock, TX where we are raising our 3 wonderful children!  We live in a golf course community but we specialize in selling homes all over the Austin Metro area.  We hang our real estate license with J.B. Goodwin, Realtors who's motto is "To Help People".  That is the whole reason we got in to real estate - because we love to help people. 

Monte comes from a 13 year background in Austin's Semi-Conductor Industry working for Spansion, AMD & Motorola.  Monte has worked along side Leslie helping to build the real estate business through marketing & technology.  Monte currently has the following real estate designations:
CNE - Certified Negotation Expert
ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative
CRS - Certified Relocation Specialist

Leslie comes from a background of Professional Recruiting in the Austin Semi-Conductor Industry.  She used to hire employees for Dell, Xetel, Solectron, AMD, Applied Materials and more!  She also negotiated her way in to staying home while her children were babies!  Now after building her real estate career up over the past 5 years, Leslie currently holds the following designations:
